I don't do a lot of CS, but I've seldom experienced a long enough wait that would make mobile ordering significantly quicker than ordering in person.

-- Do you have to have location services turned on to use mobile ordering?
-- If not, what is to stop someone from ordering from e.g. Nebraska?
-- Do you have to pay in advance, or can you pay using your MB as always?
-- Do you have to pay using your phone when placing a mobile order?
-- Do most/all CS places have a separate line for mobile order pickups?
No.
Nothing

Default room issue with ants

I can't believe this has slipped my mind all week, but what is the best way to report that we had ants in our room at Boardwalk? Is there a better number to call? or better to tweet or email?
we only saw them twice, in/near the kitchen sink, but wanted to let someone know.
Also , there was a decent sized chip on the rim of one of the Pyrex bowls, and I meant to leave a note for housekeeping, forgot! (plus NO pen and pad in room......and for whatever reason my 'let's make a deal mom purse' didn't have anything good to write on to leave note)
Anyway, what's best way to contact BWV bout these kinds of things????

I'm trying to decide if I'm dismembering, or maybe just not going about something correctly?

We have our first stay @ RR in April, from the 18th to the 26th. Or, exactly 180 days from today.

When I was booking dining this morning, I started with the hardest to get (CRT) on one of our last days (25th). The option was greyed out for that, and wouldn't let me book anything after the 22nd. Then I remembered I'm doing a split stay:
RR: 18 - 22, Standard View
RR: 22 - 26, Preferred View

I called dining reservations, they couldn't help me, I was transferred to hotel reservations, they couldn't either.

Is this just a downfall of changing resorts or rooms, that my 180 days resets for each stay? I know we've stayed @ multiple resorts on the same trip before, but I thought I remembered making all of my reservations at the same time?

I gotta' say: A good benefit of such a long stay is that further out dates increase the odds of getting the dining & FP+ dates/times, but if this is "normal", IDK if I'll ever do it again...

ADRs with a split stay are still an issue. You can call MS and see what they can do.

As for the regular dining phone line, that's now only for large parties (8+ people).

It's ridiculous and aggravating this is STILL a problem. They were supposed to have it solved and they did a few weeks ago for a trip (I always split stay).

My only suggestion is the night before (up to midnight), keep checking MDE as shockingly good ADR's sometimes come up.

DVC MS will book them for you on the phone. Might time an extra hold or two while they play around with the other system, but I've done this multiple times.

Yup, they sure did. It took an hour (painful), but he was super patient and worked w/me the whole time to take care of it.

What does this mean? That I can't cancel, / update, or what?
