I won't want to share a car at night with no lights. Just too creepy being up there with a stranger in the dark.
The buses don’t run with lights on at night except when they stop to load/unload. I know because my kids have fallen asleep on them many times. They’re pretty dark. Maybe think of them like that.

We sometimes ride the monorail just for fun, I suspect the Gondolas will be the same idea. Looking forward to trying them in December! We just left and they were running most of the time we were there (empty).

Yes, but with buses, there's a Disney employee present and kind of an out if things get weird. Here, it's just you and the "creepy person" trapped in a small box in the dark. (Not saying that scenario is common, but my street smarts, stranger danger is kicking in.)

Tim Tracker also has a longer video up of riding the Skyliner during the cast member preview.

Agree 100% with that unknown variable about being locked in a cage with a stranger in daylight or the night. They probably allow a “ party” of one to travel. Because of the recent creepy things occurring on airplanes lately in the news.
Thanks for pointing that stranger danger alert. I hadn’t really thought about that.
Honestly not certain about my own panic reaction yet about being up there . But I am excited about traveling in the sky

Where are the Skyliner comments since it opened today?!? I would've thought all the message boards would be flooded with them!

And here is a livestream from this morning that is really long, and I loved every minute of it from ResortTV1. I cannot wait to ride this.

Hope the link works. The video is so clear.
