Safe travels! Sorry not quite as enjoyable this time around.

Hello friends!

Walt Disney World was wonderful!
Hot

Great trip, short.

Saw Patty and Jack and Jason and his friend and Tom and Robin.

Very short wait times except for morning at Hollywood Studios.

We just got home and I will agree with Dan's assessment:

Hot (got caught in some rain)
Hot (got caught in some rain)
Hot - No rain!!

It was great to see Dan and Kim! WDW was different, but we still had fun. We have some pictures of a very empty Boardwalk. It was so hot the masks really didn't make any difference, which surprised me.

Considering the fact that it seems as if March was at least three years ago, September seems to have gotten here awfully quickly. How can those two disparate realities co-exist inside my head?

Jack and Patty and Dan and Kim - Glad y'all had a good trip. I don't harbor any jealousy for the Hot...Hot...Hot. I am already living in that, but very little tempts me outside after early morning walks. When it is almost not unbearable.

Glad our traveling friends are home safe and had a great time!
Anyone have plans for the long weekend?
We are having a huge neighborhood garage sale the weekend after Labor Day so Iíll be setting up and pricing things. We will be visiting the Portland Headlight one day and Redís Eats another ( you should see their lobster rolls! Amazing! ) Hoping the garage sale is a success and my basement empties. Weather here will be beautiful, 80ís and sunny. Last few days of summer and white capris ☹️

80s sounds too hot to me, Nancy... Good luck with garage sale preparations and enjoy your outings!

Yup, 4 more days and my white capris go into the attic

Hope everyone is well. Cuomo is still a dick.

So this weekend is the Kentucky Derby, and when it is all said and done......only 8 months until the Kentucky Derby
