Assuming you bought tickets and would upgrade if you’re eligible, you can also do this in person at Guest Services. I know someone who hadn’t had the call back, went to ask and after about 10 minutes she had new APs for everyone.

I called 32 days ago and was told someone would call me back in 2-4 weeks and I'm still waiting. YMMV..

I called yesterday for DH's annual pass because he decided he's going to WDW after all, and I was told 3-4 weeks. DD's and mine took more than 4 weeks in Feb/March. I wasn't on hold more than 20 minutes, but I got transferred twice to the wrong people. Had to call again and all went well.

I hope you hear back soon.

I got my call back on Monday after 3 weeks. The good news is that I was allowed to purchase a new gold pass! Hope they get back to you soon!
