We are very similar as we have a 170 point contract. We usually bank a year. use the current year and borrow from the next year. We own at Saratoga and have no problem staying there if we have to. And we go to Disney every two to three years. I don't think that Disney will get rid of B&B all together, but I think that the borrowing level will be around for the near future.

This is a lot to absorb...lots of speculation. We sold a bit this year but booked June (2 br) and Oct (1 br) and we still have points leftover without borrowing which is not typical for us. I could live with the 50% rule staying but don't like the restriction.

Yea I donít see the rule staying, but I could see this as a brilliant way to try to increases sells. I remember when we bought our first contract a big selling point was the bank and borrow. I donít care as much these days after catching the add on itch, but I could see people being bummed out if they couldnít borrow 100%.

Based on lights on at Poly Bungalows last night only 2 of them were occupied
