Default What's next after closing?
Hi all! I'm to the point in my BLT resale purchase that I mailed (FedEx) my notarized closing paperwork and cashier's check to Mason Title last weekend. What would be the next steps and the timeframe I'm looking at? So far everything has been moving along smoothly.

It's all waiting at this point. The seller of course has to send in their paperwork, and hopefully will be quick about that (In our resale purchase, this step took about 3 weeks because the seller was out of the country and couldn't get a notary). Then wait for Disney to get you in their system. I anticipate a longer than normal wait there because of reduced staffing. Finally, you'll get a letter in the mail and can call them to allow you to sign into the web page. Your points should show up soon after, and you'll be off to the races!

The anticipation is so tough...I remember it well! Congrats on your purchase. We stayed at BLT last November and loved it!

Someone from you team should let you know when the deed was recorded.
Then, about two weeks for points to show.
