You can rent your point without even putting an ad.

I have not put a single ad for few yrs and rent out my points easily. Board provide a place to talk about all things about Disney. Rental board is a big plus, in the form of icing on the cake.

Kim is not mad at you, on the people who can not read and follow the rules of renting.

I didn't think you seemed disrespectful.

And I was only explaining where I am coming from. I couldn't possibly respond to all of the RTB questions I get. It's easier to just delete the ads as well as the questions until people either figure it out or stop (or, in the case of people posting email addresses and/or phone numbers, they get banned for a month).

The R/T/B stickies have a template to follow. If the rules seem complex, just cut and paste the example, changing the info as necessary. There are only 2-3 no-nos and they are clearly spelled out.

I covered the R/T/B while Kim was moving. Let me be clear to anyone who thinks managing the board shouldn't be a problem. You. Have. No. Idea.

My few days I did it made me despair for the future of Western Civilization and the capacity of our educational system to teach people to read and comprehend numbers.

I'm nice. I won't make fun of people. Kim actually doesn't, either. But if an owner can't figure it out from a sticky, then renting points is probably not the place for you - just go with a broker.

I will manage the R/T/B boards again, if needed. But only because I like and respect Kim and will take (and have taken) an MO dagger for her. Not because I love MO (which I do, but not that much).
