Now that I have your attention....

I find myself with a little time on my hands. We've also just recently cancelled a 17 day trip, including a 3 day DCL Cruise.
So, What do you do to fill in the blanks? Look at old pictures, and relive some fun trips of the past little while.
We've had the opportunity to work in 3 trips in 2017 and a 2 week trip the September before that, so as long as postimage cooperates, I'll see what I can do.

Trip 2

April 7-14 We went with my sister in law Karole, and her husband Thom. We spent a few days at the Polynesian and then took a 4 day cruise on the Disney Dream. We had not planned on any parks but pixie dust came our way and we spent a half day in Epcot and then a couple hours in the Magic Kingdom later that night.

This was not our first cruise, but it was our first cabana on Castaway Cay!

You can pick this second part up on post 90.

Trip 3

February 2-7

Our daughter (C) and her new husband (J), along with our daughter's son (R) and her new husbands son (LC), planned a trip to Walt Disney World. Our daughter (C) has been multiple times, as has our grandson (R). New husband (J) and his son (C) have never been. The boys are both 7 ish.
After some coaching as to where to go, what to see, what to eat where, etc etc..... C asked if we wanted to just join them. DUH! Thought you would NEVER ask! For fun, we helped plan the entire trip except for one detail..... the boys didn't know grandma and grandpa would be joining them.
Sweetie and I went down earlier in the day, to be sure and not be seen by the boys. The plan was to meet at Chef Mickey's first thing in the morning.

Sweetie and I stayed at Boulder Ridge Villas and the kids stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter

Post 139 is where this adventure begins....

Trip 4

Someone mentioned to me that these are in reverse order. Yup. (thanks Pam )

September 2016 We went from the 3rd to the 17th. The first week was spent at Bay Lake Tower, the second at the Polynesian. Nothing special, just us two. First week would be more park heavy, the second had more pool time. We did manage a meal or more with friends. Some Mouseowners, and others, not. This trip also happened to coincide with the DVC Member Event at Animal Kingdom, September 6 and 13. We went the 6th. After we had gotten there, we found out a friend from Alaska happened to be at the Swan/Dolphin resort complex for a convention. We happily met up with him a few times too.
We had a few special events figured into this trip too......

One such adventure was we would be celebrating my sister in laws birthday! We took her along in a "flat Karole" type of way. She'll be included in a few pictures as well.

This trip begins on post 230.
