Someone posted in another thread they were to be moved in/out each day, but they realized it would take too long.

Someone else told me or I read that the lagoon isnít deep enough to lower them.

Iíve been in hate mode of these things since December and the hate grows. I donít care how good the show is, they have destroyed the beauty of Epcot. They need to destroy all those Kodak picture spot plaques because they donít exist anymore. Their last show was such a hit over at AK too.

U.G.L.Y. They ainít got no alibi....theyíre ugly, theyíre ugly, go...
Donít know how to finish.
Iím not a song writer obviously.

Why did anyone think these would be okay?

I don't get their reasoning. At one time, they carefully chose the paint color for attraction buildings in Epcot so that they blended in with the Florida sky. They color matched the ToT to the buildings in Morocco so that it blends in.

Then they drop these ugly, black masses in the middle of the World Showcase. It makes no sense.

Little Mickey heads or something!

That was the original plan.

Then the powers that be, someone high up, decided it would take too long to do that so they would stay out permanently.

What is weird about the decision is its so un-Disney to be so in your face.

There seems to be a less than gradual change in hiding things. Even refurbs are not handled quite the same with the fencing and how it looks. Epcot is a mess and so disappointing in how they are handling it.
