Default Concierge Realty

Does anyone have experience with Concierge Realty out of Winter Garden, FL? Or even heard of them for that matter. I came across their website recently, and they seemingly have a lot of DVC contracts listed. I sent them a few emails asking for more information on specific contracts (you know, small stuff like u/y and pts available), but while I got a response (not computer generated), I never received the requested information. I'm trying to determine if I should pursue getting information from them, or just delete them from the pool of brokers I check regularly.

Prices for BLT look too good to be true.

FWIW they appear to be legit (although likely not an expert on DVC): https://www.bbb.org/central-florida/...en-fl-90015545

They are not DVC expert, I got email from them too many times, most of the prices are outrageous. Never did any business with them so no experience/opinion.

I figured they were not DVC experts with the lack of u/y and pts on the listings but I was hoping someone would say they're ok to work with. Probably a lot of old listings as well to try and inflate the number of listings on their website.

If you do decide to deal with them, I would recommend getting a written estimate of closing costs/additional fees. I saw some listings on a resale site (not one of our regular, well-known on this board brokers) where the prices looked pretty good. One listing really caught my eye so I contacted them. I asked about closing costs and realized why it looked like such a good deal. The extra fees and more expensive title company (who they required using) was going to add about $10pp over just buying with one of the regular DVC brokers. While I don't know anything about the site you are asking about, my own experience causes me to be skeptical. If I was going to venture outside of the brokers who know and understand DVC, it would have to be a steal of a deal because the odds of a problem arising when someone doesn't really know DVC are too high. In my case, the generic timeshare re-seller would have cost me more in the end than to go with a DVC resale specialist. No way.

That's good advice. I've been looking at some regular timeshare sites, but am nervous that they won't know what they're doing, especially with ROFR, validating pts etc. Darn lack of resale contracts...
