Default Looking for suggestions

I have a really good friend that is taking her kids and grandkids to WDW in early February. She is treating all of them to this trip and because of that, the kids are going to give them a Disney gift card with about $200 to go out to dinner with me and my husband (we will be paying for ourselves) who will be there during the same time frame. She has seen me take so many trips to WDW and heard me rave about all the fun we have had and the good food we have eaten, but this will only be their second time to ever go.

I would like to take them somewhere that they will really enjoy and have a really nice relaxing meal. It can be in the parks, in one of the resorts or Disney Springs. They are not big into ethnic foods.

Places I am considering so far, but I have FOMO, and want to hear other suggestions as well:

Homecomin'
California Grill
Tiffins-although I have not eaten there and have not even seen the menu
Via Napoli
Victoria & Alberts is not in the running

Where would you take someone that you wanted to have a really nice time?

Tiffins is amazing but may be too adventuresome for your friends. Great service and relaxing, though. Check mout no and videos.

I like the Boat House very much if you want casual quality. Time it around sunset and itís gorgeous.

Narcooseeís and Citricoís could be good.

I donít think you can go wrong with California Grill, either.

Iím also hearing some great things about the new table service in the Coronado Springís tower that is escaping me right now.

Totally not classy (I've gone to all the others on your list+) but a blast.

Hoop de Doo Review. So fun. Been many times. Great food. Did I say fun?

We always go with all adults and we all love.

Narcoosee's is very nice and try to get a good view
California Grill is very nice we like the food but it can get loud there to me
Boat house is very good especially if you sit outside in the late evening because it gets very loud inside so we always ask for outside
Citricos very nice too and go later and great view if by the window

If they like seafood, Narcoossees.

If the like steak, Yachtsman's.

California Grill timed to see fireworks is a can't miss delight.

Cinderella's Royal table is a must for deeply-devoted Disney lovers.

I know you said they don't care for ethnic food, but I can't resist saying the best thing I've ever eaten in my life is the ribs at Morimoto in Disney Springs.

Yachtsman Steak House is very non-ethnic. It's very nice food and it's an opportunity to dress up more than shorts and t-shirts.

Another vote for California Grill.

Iíd recommend Via Napoli for a group meal, if their family likes pizza, itís a good option.
