Article is from March of 2018. I’ve been to Boardwalk a few times since then and while I’ve smelled popcorn a few times it was rarely open when I passed, so seems to be very limited hours if even open regularly.

We've used it for breakfast (coffee for us and pastries for the kids) a few times over recent years. Think it started maybe 4 years ago. But it is limited hours so I get up around 7am and run down there right away and take stuff back to room. It is a nice set up. I am talking the Bellvue lounge set up (I see in article it's the concierge desk snacks...I did notice that last trip).

Actually, I'd never heard it called that. Anyway, I think in terms of airports and bands first, everything else second, so that's what struck me
