They could split the breakfast and dinner to two separate charges and give people the choice of choose one or the other if they'd prefer. Of course, they will have to lower the price for this to work.

Disney made a mistake with the Comfort Station. They should have made it a booking category using points, like at AKV. Members don't spend points like they spend dollars. They could charge 50% more points per night to have Comfort station access and members would not blink.
That would have been a hit!

I’m really hoping for a community hall!

they could have a door access "cover" charge, like a day pass to a airport lounge.
That might entice folks to try it at least once to cover some day to day costs. However, they may not be able to track utilization for stocking on a day to day basis.

So if you get 1 day concierge, does that qualify you for the fast pass add on that other concierge level rooms have?

I wouldn’t think so. That rule still stipulates staying three consecutive nights in club level, I believe.

Actually I am more careful with my points than my dollars! I only have so many and I don't have savings I can spend if I choose.

Concierge is not generally intended to be a "good deal", just a level of service that certain people are willing to pay for. If nobody is, then they just need to stop offering it.

Agreed....except its actually not concierge level, just trying to pass itself off as one.

No, paying for this Concierge never qualified a person for that. But staying in the Cabins at CCV does.

And now Reunion Station can be booked by ALL eligible DVC Members regardless of where you are staying.
