It's our first time staying at BLT, any other recommendations on our stay while there? We have lake view. Only there for 3 nights before we move to BWV.

Enjoy your stay!
You have access to the Contemporary Pool also.
Catch the boat to Wilderness Lodge and grab lunch/drinks at Geyser Point.
The Wave has a nice breakfast.

Community Hall is a nice stop by. There isn't a proper exit out from the North Elevator at the ground floor, you have to walk to the Lobby to exit the building. The pool is always in the shade by the afternoon (In december), so we spend more time at the Contemporary pool. The boat to Fort Wilderness Campground is great for catching breakfast at trails end. You can't take the escalator to the fitness room at the contemporary. When entering the BLT parking lot, the small lot on the right has some timed spaces and vendor spaces, so getting a space there is difficult.

Well there have been rumours of some “secret” announcement at D23 this weekend.

#Fireworks cloaking device #confirmed 😁

You can't go wrong with BLT! Perhaps you can request a high floor for your lake view room.

BWV is my second-favorite place to stay. You have great taste! Have a wonderful vacation.

Wow that's a great shot of the fireworks. Makes me want to get in the car and start driving (we are still 3 weeks away from our trip).

Obviously, the best thing is the walk to and from MK (why we purchased BLT). TOTWL is nice for drinks and snacks or to head up right before fireworks and just watch the show. Enjoy the amenities of Contemporary (Contempo Café and the shopping is handy). It is fun to head over to Wilderness Lodge for a change of scenery and Geyser Point. Also, it is nice if you want to something DVC related at Reunion Station. The Lake View rooms are great.
