Correct - that means that all studios are part of a 2BR lockoff.

Max available is the total number of rooms that are possible to be booked if all lock-offs are booked as studios and 1BRs, not as 2BR lock-offs.

Does the code have the html tags at the beginning and end ? The tags are html and /html inside of [].

You can add them while creating the post by:
After you paste the code, select all of it and then click the "<>" button above the message box.

Aulani has averaged around 45k-50k points sold each month the past few years. Based on that average, you are looking at 500k-600k points sold in a year. So you are looking at 20 years worth of sales at the resort.
