Depends...split stays are a pain because you are homeless while in between resorts. Having said that, I am doing three moves this Christmas 1 night CCV, 2 nights bwv, 3 nights swan...so I am not the right person to ask

I personally would stay put for the 4 days...if it is warm enough which is risky he will enjoy the Clown pool too...

We went to BCV in early December every year for several years (2002-2008) and I don't recall that it was ever too cold to enjoy Stormalong Bay.

Yep, too often in my experience on that last part... hoping for similar to last year in two months (well, always), though 2017 was the first cooler Christmas / New Yearís time in several years that I can recall.

Weather is incredibly unpredictable in the winter. Stay at BWV and save yourself the moving headache. Also, if it’s warm enough to swim, your 5 year old can swim in the pool at BWV. My kids couldn’t care less which pool they swim in on vacation as long as they get to swim. It’s important to note that my kids have a pool in their backyard yet still want to swim on vacation!!! Don’t overthink it. Make the trip as easy as possible.

While DH says he wont mind moving, he will while we are doing it. We will be "homeless" two nights - the change from CCV to BWV then again when moving from BWV to the Swalphin.
