Much like the nicer, faster, less crowded toll roads. The consumerís choice to make.

You got that right. Writer's Stop was one our favorite places to visit in Hollywood Studios.

I think I'm going to buy some AP vouchers in the next couple months before they raise prices again. I wish I had bought more of those platinums at gold prices a few years ago.

I called their bluff on having to activate them by the deadline -- I activated my daughter's pass this August and had no issues getting her into the water parks with it, so they were still good after December 2018.

Disney win as they increased per cap while reducing costs
Those willing to pay more win with reduced crowds.

Obviously, some losers too.

Cheers.
ERP at its best!

So true! How many people said "Let's not go to WDW this spring-let's wait until after SWGE opens." Frankly, since I don't like crowds or Star Wars stuff, I was disappointed that SWGE opened just BEFORE i went. I planned my trip, expecting it to not be open yet, so the crowds would be low from all the people delaying their trips! I wonder who else might have done that?

We went in May for the 3rd year in a row and I sure didn't notice any reduction in the crowds.

This fall yes it seemed lower but not last Spring.

Oddly we've been noticing a small reduction over the years for early June. It was getting to be not as busy as the times in May we used to do every year but stopped once we got older kids.

It's not the same. We miss Writer's Stop.

The new place is just as good to us, but in a totally different way.

It would have been nice not to lose Writer's Stop to gain Baseline Tap House. But that's the way Disney is -- take with one hand, give with the other (if you're lucky).
