They do "re theme" RNR for the Galactic Nights parties and play Star Wars songs and project Star Wars themed pictures on the wall instead of the normal black light road signs. Perhaps this is a direction they could/will go?

I'd prefer they don't. I'm neutral on Aerosmith, but I'd rather not have even more Star Wars in the park beyond what they already have (and are building). I guess I just don't want to Hollywood Studios to turn into Star Wars Studios.

I think the height requirement is 48", and I am confident in saying that a large fan base of that movie will be under that. Just my $.02.

***For the record, I was a kid in the 90s, and I know most Aerosmith songs by heart, but it wouldn't be a bad time for an update as the band is no longer super popular. If they want to keep with the Rock N Roll/music theme, maybe they should rotate the songs/bands so that they can splice in more recent ones every year or two. Just a thought.

Blasphemy- Aerosmith is a classic RNR is a classic. Most kids and quite a few adults have never seen Song of the South and probably never will yet they donít re-theme splash Mountain.

Default what to do

What I have heard is Aerosmith's contract has run out or will soon. The odds of them keeping it not under contract are slim. I would hope to high hell they do not redo the track that would be a total waste and have it shutdown long term. The Monsters would fit with Pixar and could be redone without major ride changes. You would think they would wait till Star Wars is out but if it is anything like AK they sure don't want less stuff when that places goes nuts. If RRC changes I'd be shocked if TOT does not at some point as well. I do not think either ride ends but rethemed.

Adding Disney songs certainly will not work.

Adding multiple songs, from various bands would require licensing and fees to the parties involved, which Disney rather not do.

Aerosmith has certainly passed its prime, but I think their music still resonates well with the coaster.

What musical act would you suggest as a replacement? Looking for suggestions.......
