![]() We always purchased 10 day non-expiring tickets. Since we usually didn’t hit a park every day, we got two trips out of them. After they were discontinued, we went for the AP. It’s an especially good deal when they have special offers.

![]() Question is, how many park days is the break even point for the AP to be worthwhile? 4, 6, 8???

Otherwise, an AP is about $725. A 10 day pass costs about $550...and if you are going to add memory maker, you can add $170...so 10 days combined with memory maker is about the same as a platinum annual pass. So to answer your question -- 10 days (in a 14 day period) for an adult is the break even point for buying an AP. APs also get you room discounts and discounts on food and merchandise. So there are extra savings to be had with an AP. Really though, if you are going to take more than one trip in a 12 month period, then an AP is the way to go. 4 day park hoppers are about $450 -- so if you go twice during the year, that's $900. Clearly, getting an AP would be much cheaper. |
