That would be the easiest way, I would think.
When we made the ressie a CM told us that Uber would be the most reliable way to get there on time.

Last I heard the small boats between the resorts were not yet operating.

And the horse riding is at the Outpost area of FW so they don't want to take an internal bus either. If the boat were operational then they'd need to do the opposite and would have to take the internal bus out from the Settlement where the boats dock to the Outpost.

I just read that the water taxi between PVB and MK is running...here is what it said on the DVC site...

“Water taxi transportation is limited, transporting Guests from this Disney Resort hotel to Magic Kingdom park.”

Just checked wilderness lodge and it too has the same line above listed.

We were at CCV last week and the small boats between ccv and the camp ground were running. Of course in these times it never hurts to have a plan B ready.

Nice they've started up.

I do agree with the info the CM provided though - Uber will be the fastest because it actually can take them right to the stables for horseback riding. If they take the boat then they have to get the internal bus to the outpost and the riding stables.

After seen the posts about the Friendship boats running, I called guest relations at BRV. I was told that since I have a reservation that a "bus" would take us from BRV to the horse barn. I just needed to stop at the concierge desk the day before the ressie.
