Default Managing MB on MDE

I cannot see the list of MB and cards. Every time I click on 'MB and cards' I get something different. One person with just a couple of their items (not even all their items). Get a different person each time (I manage my fam of 5 plus MIL and FIL so 7 people). ANd then sometimes I get an 'order your free MB now' and that sometimes has 1 person listed or all people that are on the resie. It's so wonky. I just want to old list so I can deactivate all but the couple we are using the upcoming week. And I'd like to transfer one $10 I just got for DS for this trip since he's not coming now. I'd like to transfer it to DH. I guess I need to call and deal with that hassle.

Owners since 2006- HHI, BWV & CCV
DVC trip(s): June 7-14 HHI (but not via DVC) & Jan 2-9, 2021 BWV

MDE for us is a total mess - I kinda just hop on to do my thing for the current trip and they hop off. I called once to try and clear off some people - it sounds to me like even MS doesn't want to handle MDE's accounts.

And even when you spend hours deactivating all your old magic bands so they can be recycled, they can magically reappear later on . Happened to us. Deactivated 2 ziploc gallon bags of magic bands only for them to reappear a couple weeks later.

I don’t even want to begin with all the problems I have had and time wasted

Not looking forward to tomorrow morning when Fast Pass 60 day window opens.
More frustration and disappointment unless Nobody else is planning to go
to the most magical place in world during Thanksgiving Week !

The system has too many glitches !
Oh and tech guy was cranky about having to scan thru all those magic band numbers .
Def need to de activate old bands apparently.

Tech Suport Team 1- 407-939-4357 in case anybody needs it.
