This as well. Long ago, I was a park commando. No more. Early morning for rope drop, and out by maybe noon. Might go back later that day, might not.

Cheers.

Last trip was four nights, with one park day. Pretty typical for us these days. Or maybe one park day and one "party night."

When we go, we tend to stay a long time (2-3 weeks) while escaping the cold. And being Canadians, we swim when others think we are nuts. Add my two teenagers to the mix and thereís now a lot of vegging around the resort.

Now that we have Disney Springs, we donít even need to go into the parks for dinner, so we have a lot of non-park days! It used to be EPCOT most nights for dinner but weíve done them enough and are enjoying the new offerings at DS.

My husband, 58,734 love bugs, and I certainly enjoyed it.

I'd go back to Geyser Point in a heart beat but not during love bug season!

We also do the parks every day. I donít see much point of going to Disney if that werenít what we were going to do. My only exceptions are arrival or departure day but arrival night usually still has us in a park more often than not. Someone being sick of course also has an effect.

With the possible exception of a pre-cruise visit, when we might not have tickets..... We go everyday.

As do we. When the kids were little we would sometimes take a day off in the midst of a long trip. Now that they are older, the trips tend to be a bit shorter and we make use of every day. We aren't commandos by any stretch, but we make use of FP+ for every day we are there. The parks are why we are there, if we wanted to stick around a resort, there are many other places that would likely be more worthwhile.

Why does is have to be either/or? We go to the parks AND DS on almost every day we're there.
