Default Amazon Prime One Day Delivery to WDW...

Forgot your favorite anything at home and don't want to go shopping, or don't have a car to go to the store...looks like Amazon Prime 1 Day Delivery...Article stated:

"In order to get same-day delivery, you must place an order greater than $20. If you want it delivered to your hotel, go to the Amazon Prime Now storefront and type in your resort name with the word “guest” + “your name” after it, and add the resort’s physical address."

Hope this will help someone!

Amazon is amazing. Considering they are already rolling out 2 hour delivery in a select few places, it makes sense that they are stepping up their game in Disney World.

Do they deliver beer and wine like Garden Grocers? That would be a deal breaker for us. Love having some beer and wine waiting back in the room after a long park day and don't see us making two separate orders if Amazon is dry.

Aren't they conveniently ignoring the whole conversation around fees? If the package is delivered to the front desk, doesn't that trigger a holding charge?

And does it always go to the front desk, or could it end up at the business center where there is definitely a holding charge?

A few weeks ago at OKW, we saw lot's of guests holding big brown paper bags from Amazon......

Might have to check them out if we are without a car.

Tried looking up beer on Amazon, there were like three kinds. Hm...but then a bit of digging found a whole bunch on Prime Now or Prime Pantry or something. I'm not too familiar with the grocery end of Amazon. But I do know that I was excited about seeing a beer I can't get locally here at home, Sixpoint, and on Amazon it said it was available through Whole Foods Market or whatever it was called, I suppose that was a benefit of them buying Whole Foods.

There was a discussion here a while back about whether you had to be physically present to sign for stuff from Amazon etc, or however it worked. I'm very happy with how Garden Grocer can leave my beer at Bell Services early in the day before my flight even lands. Yeah it costs a couple bucks more per six-pack.
