Default Galaxy Edge Fanatics Fair Warning...

I guess the. Sheriif Department is blocking off the parking lots and parking structures on property to prevent ď camping out ď by guests on property currently. They will knock on your window and inform you that your license plate has been tagged in the system and you can not remain in parking lots.

We are planning on attending the EEMH next week. We were going to get there about an hour early by driving over from OKW. That would be about 5am. Will the parking lot be open? Or will it open only at 6? We have only ever even done rope drop once. We have no idea how early mornings work.

Wasn't that just for the first day? I guess I haven't really read of any huge crowds since they started the 6am EMH but have only read a couple of reports.

As our morning run takes us in the vicinity of DHS at like 6AM, it will be amusing to crowd-watch as we run by on whatever days we're not there at 6

Cheers.

Yeah -- I was referring to the first day. I'm guessing the buzz has died down a little?

Yes although I think the storms had an effect too. After things clear up weather wise it'll give a little clearer picture of how it's going to go.

Very true, although I do wonder if they learned their lesson from the Pandora debacle. Opening something as we head into the lowest crowd times of the year, as opposed to over Memorial Day, might have really helped this situation. Between that, and sheer crowd aversion that has many waiting to go, may level off some of the madness many anticipated.
