Ooh! They take Visa cards, so I could beg for an increase in my Disney Visa limit and get some crazy rewards points. I wonder if they would give you the 2% for a Disney resort purchase and the 6 months to pay it off?

I wish I knew how to get this to be a donation for my nonprofit.

Definitely an artificially low number, but the nice thing there for the winning bidder is that the entire purchase price less the $10,600 should be tax deductible as it is benefiting a charity. So if it sells for $100,000 the purchaser would get a tax deduction of $89,400.

Why is there a $7.75 shipping charge? Just wondering.

Edit to add. Shipping kills it for me.

I was wondering about the shipping too, seems funny that if any paper work was needed, shipping would be included, and at $7.75 that would probably just be sent regular post office mail, not like signature required, over night, express etc...

It looks likely that the castle stay will close with a six-figure bid. Glad it's going to a noble cause that will benefit society as a whole

Wow! Last time I checked (last night) it was still in the 30’s. Looks like someone is going to give a very hefty donation to benefit the fight against cancer!

So! About that resale contract... Anything on your radar?

I just signed papers last night on an HHI resale, but I'm not sure it will pass ROFR based on Disney's activity over the past twelve months. It wasn't a steal by any means, but it was a price that I was very comfortable with and I won't play the game of paying more per point just to try and pass ROFR since there are no guarantees anyway. If it passes, great; if it doesn't, the good news is that there will always be other contracts and fellow MOs to exchange points with when needed
