Giant grain of salt. At best, I would say "Workers allege" rather than "Workers reveal."

It seems to be focused on Disneyland and it strikes me that some of the sources have grievances. But it is indeed scary if true!

Scary - and it's possible for sure.

If guests are getting sick after coming home from Disney (or any other place), I do hope they are reporting where they were the week or so prior. I would think and hope the cat will be out of the bag eventually. Disney can't hide someone else's numbers.

Not in any way defending Disney there, but even if one gets sick on a trip to Disney, it will be hard to show that that's where it happened. So many other parts of the trip. Of course, if a lot of cases have this in common, then it increases the likelihood. But contact tracing is hard in a case like this.

Cheers.

Agreed. And at the risk of sounding harsh, we all have to remember that traveling anywhere right now carries a certain amount of risk. People are assuming that risk when they make the decision to travel at this time.

Yup. And we're headed to WDW on Saturday morning

We're taking this seriously (as we've been all along) and will be very careful.

cheers.

We just returned from a 13 day stay at Old Key West. Like to mention while most people are following guidelines , there were way too many people who would disregard mask usage at the resort once out of view of cast members. Much better at parks.

A couple of random thoughts:

Of course Disney employees are going to test positive for COVID. Absolutely. You employ that many people and somebody is going to test positive. People at your grocery stores and hospitals have also tested positive.

How many stories have we read of somebody testing positive for COVID less than two weeks after a Disney trip? Zippo. Across the entire country!

I can't speak for Orange County, CA, but Orange County, FL is doing quite well compare to the rest of Florida and not too bad overall.

With all of Disney's protocols in place, I'm seriously not concerned.
