In some years there are "leap seconds" where an extra second is added, to compensate for the slowing of Earth's rotation. (Only atomic clocks care about such things.)
An online search says it is possible there will be a "leap second" on Dec 31 2020, but that is currently undecided.
If you want to celebrate, do it quickly.

We'll be going places on a number of those long weekends,,,just not Disney.

Scotland for President's day weekend
Portland for July 4
San Diego (family) for XMAS
Probably Venice for NYE

Smaller crowds

Cheers.

Good to know: First you leap to the right and second leap to the left and then you do the hokey pokey! Turn yourself around thatís what itís all about!

I may have been the annoying guy up there

I.m there nightly also 27-30, save for JellyRolls night, were TOWL is closed by return time so we go to the wave for one

We are actually leaving on 31st. again this year. Companion pass expires.

Italy. The way to qualify for our BA status for roughly two years with one well-planned and orchestrated trip.

Since we have to go through an east coast city, likely Philly from a cost perspective, we may come back to the states for actual NYE after the few days in Venice.

Cheers.

I couldnít figure out if T&R were kidding around with their question:
yes I plan to fly all the way from San Fran to Venice, Florida the Shark Tooth Capital of the World for the holidays.
Somehow that does not describe the BRP we all know from MO threads over the years.
