Default New Dining at Wilderness Lodge

If you haven't been to Wilderness Lodge lately, I highly suggest checking out the new food offerings. The view of Bay Lake from Geyser Point is so relaxing and the food was delicious as well! There's not currently a discount offering for AP or DVC members but its still worth checking out for a quick bite to eat. Here's a review of lunch at Geyser Point Bar and Grill: https://www.resalesdvc.com/new-dinin...derness-lodge/

Have you been yet? What did you think?

We've been. Their Berry Whip is really good. You can get it made with black cherry vodka too. I've had the Bison Burger and the kids finger food sampler both of which were very tasty.

We'll be there in 3 weeks and plan on trying it. If we can't fit it in then we'll try it when we are back in December. That's the beauty of DVC... knowing that you'll be back again.... and again.... and again!

I've been wanting to try Geyser Point! We'll be staying at BLT in May. We might have to hop a boat and head over there for lunch or dinner.

Geyser point is great! The food is a cut above, and the service is friendly (if a bit slow at times). We went there several times on our trip in December. Favorite dish? Shrimp on a Wire.

I wish they’d reopen it for breakfast, though.

We've been twice. Last April I had the Eggs Benedict, DELICIOUS! This past December I had the customary eggs, bacon, taters, etc.... equally palate pleasing.

My photo stamp says December 14. When did they close for breakfast?

I read about it no longer offering breakfast within the last month or two, I believe. But that may have been mistaken, as Disney’s site (while no longer offering a breakfast menu) does say it’s open at 8 AM. Here’s hoping!
