Default Looking for suggestions on lounges for Wife and I

So DW is attending a conference in October at WDW and I get to accompany her. We have always wanted to do a no dining reservation trip and just hit up as many lounges for appetizers and drinks as we can fit in on a trip. We are staying at the Polynesian - only rooms available through the conference, tough I know but someone has to stay there - from Saturday to Thursday. So what are your favorite lounges for eats and drinks?

Trader Sams at the Poly is a must do. Lots of fun.
If you are DVC, Top of the World lounge is fun also.

We love Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar at Disney Springs. Then at 10 pm Morimoto Asia does $10 small plates. Their bar is nice as well!

The Abracadabra Bar at the BW is fun...has a speak easy theme

Moinzer's lounge at the GF will re open sometime this fall with a Beauty and the beast theme

We love to go to Jiko and sit at the counter and order appetizers....there is a spot where you can watch them cook.

There is also lounge / bar seating at California Grill

We really enjoy the Nomads Lounge next to Tiffins in AK. We also like Victoria Falls in AKV Jambo. Agree with Trader Sams. Everyone should experience it at least once.

I love Bluezoo at the Dolphin. Although the “standard Disney bar menu” has expanded in many places, the Dolphin has some unique offerings. I would also suggest trying some of the new offerings at CSR, especially the Tower.

Sana’a at AKL. Order some food from the menu, go out on the outlook area and watch the animals.

And before or after go to Victoria Falls which I think is my favourite of all the lounges.

Around the Boardwalk area, there’s a nice bar at BC (Martha’s Vinyard) and the Boardwalk (Belle Vue).

And I like The Turf Club too!

Thank you - Trader Sam's is at the top of the list for sure and we are DVC so Top of The World is an absolute - DW has never been but I was with DD and DS in May, really fun.

Good to know about Morimoto, sounds like a great idea - been to Jock Lindsey's and enjoyed but going for new experiences this time. Cali Grill sounds like a must try and if Monzer's (isn't it going to be the Enchanted Rose?) is re-opened ditto. Abracadabra Bar and Jiko, didn't even think of those but intrigued, thanks for the list.

We own at AKV. I loved Nomads (although DW has not tried yet) and Victoria Falls is a favorite - the smells coming up from Boma are enough to get me salivating. Thank you.

Didn't think of Bluezoo or CSR, both would be new to us. Thanks for the tips.
