Default SkyLiner ground clearance alley/ lane Not shortcut for electric scooter guy

Okay it is a full moon tonight and we do have to change clocks one hour ... double dose of crazies but that guy on mobility scooter under the SkyLiner might be beyond the outer limit for bad behavior.
Won’t that dust destroy his engine?
He is driving down the emergency clearance lane for the SkyLiner with the gondolas over him!
Bet it is a rental scooter... “ I though it was the handicap lane”

When we see signs that say this is not for guest use, other guest will wonder why that sign exists...

Certain areas are not landscaped but wide enough for certainly vehicles in emergency perhaps. He was prob thinking shortcut . ... but very dry& dusty looking in Florida soil and muddy when it rains
