I just tried to place a dummy order and nope, not available to charge mobile food orders to the room. Guess I will be using my discounted gift card after all.

Broken up, difficult and confusing billing. Disney doesn’t want you to know how much your spending. Dining plan was the same way. Never let you know if it was worth it.
