Same for me, restricted to in-club only. I also received a $10 off any purchase at BJs through PayPal, and although it said online or in-club, I wasn't able to use it for anything online

I got the Paypal offer and logged back into BJ's through the link which is $10 off $100. Added 3X$50 GC for $144.99.

For some reason the $15 BJ's coupon came off this time, so BJ's price was $129.99.

Then I paid through Paypal and Paypal itself gave me $10 off (does not show up on the BJ's receipt though)

So $150 in GCs for $119.99, I'll take it!

I just tried again, and this time, I was able to use my BJs coupon online, but my PayPal offer expired two hours ago
