Saw that Annual Passholders could book cash rooms at a discount - went to the DW website - where I was “told” that I was in a waiting room because too many people were using the site and my wait time would be greater than 30 minutes!

I’m about ready to dump everything and say good-bye to Disney . . . .

Well, it'll reduce the wait time for the rest of us

I've had this with concert and even tickets, but never Disney.
