Default Dashboard and booking page

My dashboard and booking page are a mess this morning. I went in to drop a room and rebook with my other membership and I get, sorry but resort specific info cannot be displayed at this time. Then on booking page my one resort won't even open to book and the other only shows 7 resorts.

If you know any thing about reading lips there are two sayings that look almost the same. All I can say is, love you, Disney IT.

I was just on the site using Googe Chrome and didn't have any issues. Have you tried using different browsers? I've had problems like this before and once I changed browsers everything was ok.

Worth a try at least....

Same problem here. First only six resorts available, then only eight. And there was a link to "Not seeing a resort?" that when I clicked, told me about the benefits of buying from Disney direct. (My contracts are resale, but grandfathered).

Yea I can confirm something odd is going on. I can only see a few resorts and one contract isnít even showing up.

I have seen reports of the website mailing you a code to put in (2 factor authentication). Great if they are doing this, but not sure how it's related to the database issues described in this thread.

It's still screwy. I'm only able to book 8 resorts - none of which are mine. And at least one of my contract was purchased direct.

This morning I logged in on foxfire and it did require a code mailed to my email to log-in; recently got in on chrome without verification- but its messed up....(diff. computers)

It was also messed up for me yesterday. I just tried now and it seemed to work OK.

I'm still locked out. DH has tried and tried with no luck. I can't get in at all today, but when I log in I cannot use the booking tool at on on my laptop. I can go anywhere else. But, once I'm logged in with that browser, I can't log in again without clearing cookies.
