I voted FW but I'm blowing hot air. My only thinking is that they may be ready for another bigger investment, and they won't get that from conversions. I'll only believe another offsite is likely if someone tells me they are close to sold out of Aulani.

I am voting for the ft wilderness, river country area. Ft wilderness is beautiful and I believe, by using the river country area that will leave ft wilderness still intact. I would be very interested in river country:-). Poly just does not interest me.

I dont think they will go with the hotel conversions, if the poly doesn't sell as quick as expected. Studio rooms only do not interest me at all, and the points for the bungalows are too high. I tend to think that the poly will interest those who love the poly, and will probably take longer to sell since it is only studio rooms. this is just my opinion

I just remembered another one that has recently been rumored. Tear down a couple CBR buildings and put in a tower with Epcot access.

It would be nice if they left the MK area for a decade and did something new in the Epcot or DHS area.

I was really torn between Ft Wilderness and Wilderness Lodge.

My gut says Ft Wilderness/River Country is the right move. But I could see some more expansion at existing resorts taking priority as it's a "safe" move.

There is part of me that just hopes they still have the balls to commit to truly new and exciting experiences.

Which ones will be conversions instead of new construction? WL and PVB, I assume. YC too?
