If this info is near correct, I am very very happy with Grand Floridian and Copper Creek dues!! Very small increases are an early Christmas present!

How available is OKW at 7 months. Maybe we will sell those points and trade in!
I'm in the same boat. I wonder if the refurbishment has anything to do with the hike.

When we bought AKV, we expected higher MFs. We thought that the animals were worth it. I donít see anything at OKW to justify these fees. Yes, we like it there because of the laid back ambiance. I am prepared to like somewhere else if we canít trade in.
I have 250 points at All and usually get a value unit so these dues are acceptable.

- Lowest WDW dues are now at GF at $6.56
No Fort Wilderness DVC. I think you mean just Boulder Ridge Villas and Copper Creek Villas. If you want to preface them with Wilderness Lodge,...

OKW dues are second only to RR!!!

OKW seems to be in Disney’s crosshairs. First the high levels of ROFR and the, to my mind, unreasonable dues increases. Thank goodness that Disney ROFRed my contract earlier this year. We bought SSR instead.

OKW has pretty low points charts. Maybe these increases are a way of compensating for that. We have 250 sellable points at OKW. They are extended and should sell.

I think that these increases at OKW are not finished. The increase should not be blamed on the refurbishment. A portion of dues is kept aside every year to pay for those.

I thought that our OKW points were the ones we would keep until expiration. I thought we might sell some of the others, but never OKW. Never say never, I guess.

My portfolio was up 7% or $750

Not concerned with the 495 beautiful Vero Beach points @ $10.13. If you view it as only $1.82 more than the Riviera it doesn't look that bad!

Overall, Iím very pleased with my resorts if this chart holds.

I have BCV/BWV/BLT/SSR/AKV/CCV/OKW/VGC points. So I was nervous.

Iím at OKW now and I am very impressed with this studio refurbishment!! This was a complete refurb and update. The bathroom and kitchenette are all new tile and cabinets and countertops. As long as I can see where the money went, Iím good and I can see it in this OKW studio and tonight was 10 points so still less than $80 per night dues in 2020. I also have glassware, ceramic mugs, ceiling fan, lotion and can bounce a quarter off the beds.

And CCV fixed week for the win!! That was a gamble because CCV was announced with high dues, adjusted lower, and now a negligible increase!

Now waiting on the point charts.

When we bought OKW it was one of the lowest. I'm getting pissed as the last few years they blamed increases on the refurb. This is seriously pissing me off

BRV has the second highest increase of all the WDW properties.

To the OP-there is no "Fort Wilderness" DVC.

It's Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Copper Creek Villas and Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.

Or just Boulder Ridge and Copper Creek for short.
