Default Does anyone have any idea?

Do any of you have the foggiest why after upping the price of the parks to kingdom come, on December 2nd they close the Magic Kingdom at 1630 Hrs? MVMCP is the first and third.. What on earth money grab is the rat holding on the second?

I think thatís an employee appreciation party or something. And I donít mind that so much. Private parties are one thing, but something for the employees is okay. They really donít have a fantastic pay/benefit package. And Iím sure that many of them donít make enough to deal with the entitled people we all see in the parks.

Itís the appreciation party for the cast members happens every year.

It's part of Disney's strategy to reduce crowds in the parks. They are taking random actions to piss people off in the hopes of chasing them away.

They don't close the parks early when the tape the Christmas Special, which is now taped in early to mid November. For the last couple of years, the parade portion has been taped at Disneyland and only musical performances taped at WDW.
