Due to the pandemic I have rented out points through DVC Rental Store.

What it the "best" way to calculate the "gains" for tax reporting?

For US taxpayers, you need to report the rental income. If you go to the FAQ on the DVC Rental Store website, you’ll find some additional information.

I guess to be more specific, how do you report the income.

Lets say 100 points for $1,000, do you report the total minus dues and cost of purchase?

Just trying to make sure I do this correctly, probably overthinking it.

We have a split stay coming up next month at CCV and BWV. I know when DVC first re-opened the coffee makers were not in the rooms. I believe they have been put back, can anyone confirm? Thanks!

Coffee makers were never removed from the villas. That was an initial recommendation from Orange County (FL) which was never implemented.

I believe DVC Rental Store will send you a 1099.

I've got a stupid question. I have a BLT contract I bought direct from Disney many years ago. My question is, can I use my BLT points at the 7th month window to reserve something at Riveria?

Yes, direct points can be used to book at Riviera at 7 months out.
