It can take up to 8 weeks to get the Blue Card. Print out the online version and keep your fingers crossed your "Blue" card comes in the next few weeks.

And if they don't send the blue card, just call Member Services and request one. We had one ruined in the past, and just called and had them send another.

Oh no, 8 weeks! That's probably about 2 wks after we get back.

I had to request cards for my wife and I. They never showed up. Print the online one to a pdf and save to your phone. Make an icon for it on your desktop as you will use it more often than you think.

I forgot them one year, and they made us new ones at SSR. I still have them. And the blue ones. And another set of blue ones. Oh yeah one more set of blue ones, too, with a different date on them.

If we buy annual passes now, how long do we have to activate them??

We're not going until either Oct and/or Nov, 2019, but want to buy gold passes asap

I bought one recently and had no expiration on activation listed anywhere at the point of purchase or the confirmation emails. I'm certain that you'd be fine later in this calendar year, though. IIRC even the special offer of platinum for gold price in 2018 was allowing activation through the end of 2019.

I know that tickets are not supposed to be transferable but does anyone know if it has been done before? My DD is getting a divorce and her ex has a partial non-expiring ticket that he never intends to use. It seems a total shame to simply throw it in the trash when she would certainly use it. Any advice?
