We stay at the Boardwalk often and have found it faster to take the bus. Hopefully, the buses are running on time. Have fun!

I agree with SnowWhite4.

Plus to use the monorail, you would need to go all the way through Epcot to pick up the bus. So if you're hoping to rope drop, that option wouldn't work.

And just to remind you to go through Epcot you would need a park hopper or AP. Apologies if that is obvious, but sometimes these things slip the mind.

Good points.
A walk of over a half-mile plus two monorails can be fun, but definitely doing it the long way.
And if you're staying at an Epcot resort, you should always, always have park hopping or an AP. There are so many reasons why you might want to pop into (or through!) Epcot.

Any good Disney world podcast recommendations?
I usually listen (skip around) the dis unplugged one, but it can drag on alot. Touringplans has one and I absolutely love it. Its short, to the point, gives you lots of good relevant info and rarely ever gets off topic.

How far in advance can I make a cash reservation through member services at a Disney World DVC resort? And is the discount always 25% for DVC members (resale only; I do not have any direct points), or does it vary with the season?

Thanks for the help!

I don't think the discount is always 25%, but several people on MO have said that it is usually right around there. You can book cash inventory rooms at 11 months out.

The member cash discount for DVC resorts is 25%, but it's not always available.

Just curious can MS make reservations for non-DVC resorts cash or is that only through CRO?

Considering a small weekend trip for a D23 event- I am out of points again and don't wish to borrow from 2019 or change our Thanksgiving reservation.
