lmao. that was funny. You should have just thrown the blackberry on the ground and stepped on it, done the owner a favor. "Not in my house!!"

this may have been discussed, but i'm not gonna read the whole thing.. i was actually gonna start a thread asking this question, but hopefully everyone won't mind me drifting .. again. i didn't even know this thread was here. mrs. mouser and i just purchased the droid, and i was unhappy to see it doesn't support adobe flash player. does a tablet or smart phone support this program.

we're happy with the droid, except if a tablet or smart phone excepts the flash player.

I'm sure if you Google it you will find it does support Flash you just have to side load it. Another option is to go with Dolphin or Mini Opera browsers . This is wit the newer Android devises as Abobe said it was doing away with Mobile Flash .

Apple won't allow Flash on their iDevices. Everyone screamed. Steve Jobs wrote a public letter about why Flash sucks. Adobe hissed back. Then, Adobe went and ceased development on mobile Flash anyway because Apple was right. The problem is that Apple made this decision for the customer rather than letting the customer make the decision for himself, but that's the way Apple works.

To answer your question, I though the Galaxy tablet from Samsung worked with Flash? And maybe the Microsoft Surface tablet does, too.

Correct the newest version JellyBean 4.1 August 15th was the cut date , anything before that or not on Jellybean should have flash.

Yup. I had a BB and hated it. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my iPhone.
DS, 12 has my older iPhone. I don't know anyone that has the iPhone that has regrets.

We have it on the droid. As you
can see the caps. I hope this thing will support the file. They are usually about 1000 pages with about 200 race replays. Here goes....

My son bought a droid and like it. Eldest DD and I have droids - byg1 deal.

It works fine for me but I don't use many features: walking app, FB, check/send email, text, phone, kindle and camera/video. Don't even bother with the browser because its TOO SLOW so I check my email but don't get to read it much. Apparently I don't have the correct accelerators loaded.

Eldest DD can't wait for the upgrade so she can get an I phone. She has all the accelerators loaded and uses the browser but her phone locks up fairly frequently and has to rip the battery out to get it going again.

Youngest DD got the I phone 4S last upgrade. She loves it - doesn't like S (why did she waste the $$ on the S ? Because DH insisted on buying the phone since she's still in college)

Anyway we're all on limited data plans and have never even come close to using the data limit. Just hammer it on WiFi and it hardly uses the data feature. Desk top feature monitors where you are in the data plan.

well we managed to get the flash on the droid, but the file won't download. i'm guessing the internet connection can't handle a big file like this. i'll look into some tablets.
