Default Semi-Live Trip Report

Im going to attempt to write this trip report while were here. After a couple days of working out schedules, flights, and reservations, weve settled on:

1 Night SSR Preferred Studio
2 Nights BWV Standard Studio

We were trying to minimize point usage and originally were going to book Swan via Priceline, but decided to stay DVC, and Im so glad. It feels good to be going Home!

Who: Me and DH! This is the first time weve come to Disney alone and the first time without our kids. One of them is a little salty about it! I just turned 40 and we're celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary.

Plan: Plenty of pool time. Hitting some of the places we dont visit when were here with the kids. Epcot on Monday for F&W. Leaving Tuesday late afternoon.

Day 1: Left home at about 6:15 am, arrived at our gate about 7:45 am. On ME now to SSR. All things were smooth. Social distancing and masks were present. We did see about 3-4 people without masks.

Plan is to hopefully check-in, spending some time having cocktails at the pool. Go to Disney Springs this evening. No reservations, but I have a list of places wed like to visit. Were more of drinks and small plates rather than larger dinners. Hoping to hop around to a few places tonight!

Thats all for now! If you have any tips or recommendations for us were all ears o.

Tell the little ones your practicing for their next trip! You need to check out all the best spots.

When you get back to the mitten, take them to TC.

DH and I did a very similar trip in January in honor of my 40th and our 15th wedding anniversary!!

You have the right idea, drinks and small plates are the right way to go! We did the same thing so that we could enjoy multiple locations we wouldn't normally be able to go with the kiddos (9 and 6 at the time of our adult only trip). Have a wonderful time!!
