Default Skyliner Poster

For those who haven't seen it in person yet.
This poster was on the construction wall just south of the International Gate at Epcot. No doubt it is in other locations as well.

Each location has the map and rendering of the station at that location.

There are exactly 13 people in the picture. What happens when Illuminations 9or whatever the new show will be called) lets out?

Hopefully they see sense and expand the actual entrance way to allow people to exit faster. (Plans are all a bit sketchy just now, and changing back and forth frequently).

The gondolas are continuous loading, so the line will move pretty quick. Mickey and friends will have to be booted out though. And hitch hiking ghosts banished to MK. .

Well....
currently there are only 3 resorts on the Skyliner system, so the mayhem should be minimal. But no doubt entertaining. I will probably stand there and watch before skipping down to BCV.

Except that there will be 4 resorts by the time it is up and running.

Accounting for around a third of all rooms on site.

That 1/3 number is way too high.

There will be three resorts when the gondola opens, and a fourth resort when Riviera opens in the fall.

I just noticed this quote at the end of the story about the Disney Skyliner project. It hints at additional Gondola projects for Disney.

Doppelmayr is gearing up to potentially build a record number of gondola sections in the US and Canada next year. We could see three at Walt Disney World, two at Blackcomb and one each at Bretton Woods, Silver Star and the Yellowstone Club. The gondola revolution is here and boy is it going to be exciting.

I think the key word is "sections". There are 3 separate lines at WDW, a line being one section.

You may be right....Statements like that could be read in different ways.
