Why is DVC charging me $4 a month?

OK - Mystery solved, and it's not Disney's fault.

DVC had no record, so the sent me to resort accounting. They looked up the credit number and saw no charges since our last trip.

I disputed with Apple Card.

Turns out they had mis-labeled it Disney Vacation Club. It's Bandcamp for the Disney Dish podcast since I subscribe to the extras for $4/month. Some months it comes through as Bandcamp, other months as Disney Vacation Club.

Very weird!! But it's legit and solved.

If you happen to pay for Spotify I believe my wife listens through that with no additional fee (over the regular monthly membership). Spotify is certainly more than $4 per month, but just an fyi in case you were already paying for it.

There are some subscriber exclusives that only come with a Disney Dish Bandcamp subscription. It seem that for some reason Apple linked Disney Dish with Disney Vacation Club so that's why the charge came up that way.
