Why isn't the RTB reopened yet? It's 9:37am here on the west coast which means the RTB should have reopened 9 hours and 37 minutes ago. Is there someone who can help?

I'm sure that the reopening time is an approximate... I think it said thru 5/1?

Kim is just getting back from vacation, so give it a few days.
