So, they changed the whole Villains buying system and didn’t bother to announce it??? I really, really hate Disney sometimes!

They didn’t do MerchPass this morning. Sent an email at 9:08 (my time) that the Ursula merchandise was available. I followed the link which took me to a “virtual waiting room.” 10 minutes later, it let me in to the site, and the dolls and pins were gone. When Lady Tremaine arrives, she’s going back for a refund. I’m sick of Disney and their shi**y practices.

Yup, same thing happened to me, except I didn't see the email until late in the day. And I was excited because I though I finally received another email to sign up. I got to the site and was like umm, so the items are for sale??? What a mess.

Just for kicks today I went in and tried to get the Queen and I went into the waiting room at 9:02 and finally I was able to shop at 9:23.

She was still there. There may be hope for Hades next week.
