I really liked the seafood stew they had at the Brazil booth. Got it without the rice. May try to make it this weekend.

Thanks for the recipe Mr BRP. This got me thinking about pork belly... have any of you tried the Pork Belly over at the Flying Fish... god its delicious and seems to be getting bigger and bigger every year.

Just got back from WDW. Had the pork belly at Brazil for the first time since we started making our version. With all modesty, we both thought that ours was better. Both the black beans and belly were tastier. Of course, these are recipes we found, and not ours, so credit goes to those inventors.

Brazil is still good, though.
