I never judge anyone selling a contract - that's honestly one of the good things about DVC - you can sell and aren't trapped.

Life changes - the desire to go to WDW changes - people should sell if they are mad or disappointed w/ WDW. Life's too short to be unhappy with something IMO.

Agreed. While we still enjoy going, there is certainly no shortage of reasons why someone may be done with it: Kids grown, Pandemic priority reevaluations. disappointment with any of a number of things that Disney have/have not done.

And, for many, this is still a potential money maker. Fill-in for what may have been lost in the market these past few months

Cheers.

Just saw an SSR 100pt listed for $120. Been available for over 2 months. Prices are too high.

As well you should!

We've had a SSR contract listed for over two months now. Not received one offer. It's around 100 points and listed at $135 PP.
Well, we switched brokers and it sold for $140 in a couple of weeks so while the market might be a bit saturated there's still activity.

Well done. I guess some brokers get more eyeballs looking than others.

Cheers.

Congrats! Our BLT has been listed for a couple of weeks. Nothing yet, but I’m hopeful. Can I ask which broker you switched to?
