Thoughts on the week after Thanksgiving?

Do you think the crowds will stick around?

According to many on here, 35% is still better than a normal thanksgiving week. I wish it was still 25%, but I’ll take 35% versus 80% or whatever it was before for that week.

The week after a major holiday, the crowds are always less.

Problem is that it is an apples/oranges comparison. With all of the limitations on attractions, shows, dining, etc., a 35% crowd right now makes for much longer waits than it would at normal times. Probably still notably better than normal, but much worse than some might expect with such low capacities.

We found that to be true back home at a local amusement park. It was at 50% capacity, but because of all of the restrictions limiting riders on rides, the wait times were much longer than I had ever seen on a regular operating day.

We are headed to WDW the day after Thanksgiving. We donít have high expectations for getting on a lot of rides.

Its hard to know regarding the lines. We were there a couple of weeks ago. Buzz Lightyear showed a 75 minute wait and the line was all the way to the Laugh Floor. We decided to give it a shot...line was moving...we were on and off in a total of 15 minutes! Others seemed closer to the mark, but you never know. We felt we rode just as much as usual without chasing around for FP.
