who would spend that for a 2042 resort??? I think they did that to push off any possible BCV direct buyers to RR

I sold a small contract for $180. I would not buy it at that price but I was glad to take the cash.

Good to see Poly stayed the same... CCV looks like it was mostly due to not being fully "committed" so therefor, they are just valuating it finally.

For the last 5 years we would call, they'd tell us the point price but they didn't have any for sale and no WL. Then we went on a cruise in June, got stuck when picking up our free gift, told the rep we were only interested in BC and he told us to send our rep an email when we got home - so I did. I didn't expect it to go anywhere so I also contact a re-seller (which DH won't/doesn't want to do). Kid you not, the next weekend DVC is emailing with points. Was stunned maybe that's why we forked over 225/pp I did immediately add another day to our May vacation

Dvcinfo lists BCV at 3m points, CCV at 3.3m, and poly at 4m points for the the total resorts. If the tax assessments are just for the DVC portions, the total resort point values and new tax assessment values are close to the same ratios. Probably just getting past any developer tax breaks prior to selling out pointsd

My rental pays for all my dues + my finance charges and some. And leaves me 1/2 my points to use myself. MF free lodging. This has worked for me since the beginning. I need to just plan for travel, tix (Even outside parks) , food for my trips.

Dis making the 5 day not last 14 days really affects me. They know what they are doing. Try to prevent me from going to the other side.

I hope this formula does not break on me. I am a '54 resort. And I do expect (and I am ok with) it to be worthless at some time in the near (My lifetime) future. As dues inch up each and every year and with cash prices as high as they are they will likely meet. Is a $600 /night room going to 7/800? who knows. They are already seeing current prices affect attendance. But a MF of 6$ to 7$ to 8$ to 10$ will certainly happen.
